Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan, is looking for a competent Electrical Supervisor based at Aga Khan Hospital, Gilgit.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems throughout AKHS, P facilities.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems at various AKHS, P facilities.
- Managing team of electricians and technicians.
- Supervision of Electrical and IT work at projects.
- Review of technical submittals at projects.
- Material Inspection.
- Inspection and testing of material and work at Site.
- Review of drawings.
- Any other roles and responsibilities, as and when assigned by the Supervisor.
Required Skills
Qualifications And Skills:
- DAE, BSC,BS, BE or B Teach in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and control panels.
- Proficient in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, motors, and generators.
- Thorough understanding of electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Capable of conducting safety inspections and implementing corrective actions.
- Effective team supervision, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and reporting abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Competence in using maintenance management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
