Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan, is looking for a competent Electrical Supervisor based at Aga Khan Hospital, Gilgit.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems throughout AKHS, P facilities.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems at various AKHS, P facilities.
  • Managing team of electricians and technicians.
  • Supervision of Electrical and IT work at projects.
  • Review of technical submittals at projects.
  • Material Inspection.
  • Inspection and testing of material and work at Site.
  • Review of drawings.
  • Any other roles and responsibilities, as and when assigned by the Supervisor.

Required Skills

Qualifications And Skills:

  • DAE, BSC,BS, BE or B Teach in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience 
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and control panels.
  • Proficient in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults.
  • Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems, motors, and generators.
  • Thorough understanding of electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Capable of conducting safety inspections and implementing corrective actions.
  • Effective team supervision, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in using maintenance management software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
