Educator - Central Region

Job Summary

The position will be based in the Central Region at the Regional Office in Lahore. The position reports to the Regional Academic Coordinator and assists him/her in academic management.

Role and Responsibilities:

• His/her functional link will be with LBs of the region.
• The individual will be responsible for supporting the institution in implementing Ta’lim Curriculum and conducting high-quality academic programs for teachers, educators, HRE, and Adult and MK programs.
• Also, S/he is responsible for writing articles when needed and delivering wazes across the region.
• S/he will be expected to serve as RECDC for one of the local boards of its region and travel to all local boards of the Central region.
• S/he will also be responsible for conducting lectures for the region's community and Youth and preparing programmatic reports of the Central Region.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• The applicant should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in the area of Education and/or Islamic Studies from a recognized University.
• Preference shall be given to those candidates who have completed Training programs like HRDP, HWDP, NWTP, and have experience working with Regional/Local community institutions.
• The applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Urdu, with a good command of MS Office
