Job Summary

Role ad Responsibilities:

  • These individuals will manage data entry and documentation related to education and health sectors for the Afghan Project.
  • Collect, review, and enter data from the field related to beneficiaries in education and health programs.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of student enrollments, attendance, academic performance, health check-ups, treatments, and referrals.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Health, Social Sciences, Data Management, or a related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in documentation, data entry, or administrative support, preferably in education or health projects.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Dari or Pashto is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and document management tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Understanding of data privacy, especially related to health and education records.
