Job Summary

As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our e-commerce operations, responsible for coordinating various aspects of our online sales platform. Your role will involve working closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of e-commerce initiatives. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new product onboarding on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate details, images, and pricing.
  • Maintain updated product catalogs and inventory levels in collaboration with product management teams.
  • Coordinate order processing and fulfillment operations for prompt and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations regarding e-commerce orders.
  • Work with customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive online shopping experience.
  • Coordinate website updates, product launches, promotions, and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to address technical issues and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate e-commerce marketing campaigns and promotions with the marketing team.
  • Assist in developing targeted marketing strategies to boost traffic and sales.
  • Collect and analyze e-commerce performance data to derive actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as sales performance and website traffic.
  • Foster collaboration among departments including marketing, sales, operations, and IT for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional projects aimed at improving the e-commerce customer experience and driving growth.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across various departments for effective e-commerce operations.

Required Skills

Skills & Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce coordination, digital marketing, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
