Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for young children
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
  • Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
  • Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall educational program
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and program policies

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Relevant teaching certification/license (if applicable)
  • Experience working with young children in a educational setting
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)<button></button>
