Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Teach basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
• Create a positive and child-friendly classroom environment
• Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
• Organize games, storytelling, art, and creative activities
• Monitor and assess children’s learning progress
• Maintain classroom discipline and safety
• Communicate with parents regarding child progress and behavior
• Prepare teaching materials and classroom displays
• Encourage children’s confidence, creativity, and participation
• Follow school policies and educational standards
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and activities
