Job Summary

Alyabad Community Based School is seeking profile for the position of ECD Teacher

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning activities

• Teach basic skills such as literacy, numeracy, communication, and social interaction
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress
• Maintain records of student performance and development
• Support children’s emotional and behavioral needs
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about progress and concerns
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed
• Use creative teaching methods (stories, songs, games, art, etc.)
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Teaching certification (if required by country/region)
• Basic understanding of child development principles
