Plan and implement daily lesson plans and learning activities in line with the ECD curriculum.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development through creative teaching methods.
Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records of development.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding each child’s progress and needs.
Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness at all times.
Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning through interactive activities.
Identify and support children with special learning needs or behavioral challenges.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
Uphold child protection and safeguarding policies.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Teaching certification (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education.
Strong understanding of child development principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Creative, energetic, and organized approach to teaching.
