Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with early learning goals and the curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Use play-based and hands-on learning strategies to promote early literacy, numeracy, communication, and motor skills.
  • Monitor and assess each child's development and learning progress.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, encouraging independence and social interaction.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom and learning environment.
  • Identify any learning or developmental delays and refer to appropriate support services.

Founded in 2007, the Rupani Foundation is registered as a not-for-profit organization under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, in Pakistan.

The Foundation was the organization that preceded the Rupani Initiatives (RI). These initiatives are unique in scope and adopt an approach that combines and leverages the social and economic development to address the complex underlying aspects of development with the objective of bringing a positive change in the lives of people in target geographies.

Since its inception, the Foundation has been implementing innovative programs to enhance skills and introduce value addition in local resources in partnership with local, national, and international agencies and also promoting the holistic development of children (conception-8 years) by providing essential Early Childhood Development (ECD) and educational programs.

Required Skills

Skill and Qualification:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized institution.
  • At least two years of experience in ECD.
  • Diploma in ECD 
  • Experience working with young children in a teaching or caregiving role.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
