Tech Minds Venture is looking for a skilled E-Book Formatter & Publishing Specialist to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone who can transform completed manuscripts into professionally formatted, publication-ready books that meet industry standards and platform-specific requirements.

What You Will Do

• Format and structure manuscripts for e-book and print-ready publishing (EPUB, Kindle, PDF, print interiors)
• Ensure professional layout, typography, margins, spacing, headers, footers, and consistency throughout
• Prepare files according to platform-specific guidelines (Amazon KDP, Barnes & Noble Press, Ingram Spark)
• Convert and validate files to ensure compatibility across devices and formats
• Upload and manage book publishing on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Ingram Spark, and other relevant platforms
• Conduct thorough quality checks to eliminate formatting errors and technical issues
• Coordinate with writers, editors, and cover designers for final production alignment

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Strong knowledge of industry-standard book formatting and publishing guidelines
• Minimum O level
• Hands-on experience with Amazon KDP, Barnes & Noble Press, and Ingram Spark
• Proficiency in formatting tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Kindle Create, Vellum, or similar software)
• Clear understanding of print specifications, trim sizes, bleed, and file validation
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• 1+ year of relevant experience in book formatting and digital publishing preferred

• Location: Federal B Area, Block 4, Karachi
• Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working days & timings: 8pm to 5am (PKT), Monday to Friday.
