AKES,P Education Office, Chitral invites applications from eligible and interested candidates to fill the position of Early Childhood Development (ECD) Coordinator.

Early Childhood Development (ECD) Coordinator will be responsible to support the schools in developing ECD learning programs. S/he will design innovative ways to engage teachers in different tasks. Further, s/he will provide field-based support to the teachers’ and schools as per their need. S/he will be responsible to plan and provide trainings to ECD teachers and will monitor implementation of the learnings at classroom level.

The ECD coordinator will work closely with Regional School Development Units (RSDU) and school heads to ensure smooth functioning of the ECD programs. S/he will monitor the progress trends and present them to the Regional/National leadership on regular basis.

• The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in any subject.
•  2 years’ experience in ECD teaching/teachers’ training.
• Candidates having diploma/certification in ECD will be preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good written and oral communication skills are mandatory.
