Role and Responsibilities:
Amazon & eBay: Manage seller accounts, create and optimize product listings, process orders, manage inventory, and handle customer inquiries.
TikTok Shop & Facebook: Manage online stores, upload products, handle customer messages, and support social media sales and marketing.
Alibaba: Search for products, communicate with international suppliers, negotiate prices, request quotations, and manage purchasing activities.
Product Research: Identify profitable products, research market trends, analyze competitor pricing, and explore new business opportunities.
Customer Service: Professionally communicate with international customers, resolve complaints, manage returns, and provide after-sales support.
Order Management: Coordinate with suppliers, monitor shipments, track orders, and maintain accurate records.
English Communication: Understand written and spoken English to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and international suppliers.
Additional Advantage:
Maximum experience 3 years
Minimum Bachelors Degree
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Alibaba sourcing, social media advertising, and product photography will be preferred.
