Job Summary

Ezone Pearl is currently seeking an E-Commerce Executive for account management, listing, and customer support. The ideal candidate would be someone who is eager to learn and grow in the E-Commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring they are well-crafted, informative, and appealing to our target audience on (Etsy and eBay)
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings.
• Analyze and track performance metrics to refine SEO strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and cultivate positive reviews and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for growth and expansion.

• Proven experience in managing a shop on an international marketplace, with a strong track record of success.
