Roles & Responsiblities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via email, chat, or phone.
  • Assist customers in selecting products based on needs and preferences.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges.
  • Maintain up-to-date product listings, descriptions, and prices on e-commerce platforms.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and average order value.
  • Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and report customer feedback or recurring issues.

Required Skills

Skiils & Qualifications:

  • Intermediate
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience required
  • Strong communication and sales skills with prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
