Ensure to maintain the cleanliness (interior & exterior) of the vehicle.
Ensure regular servicing, fueling, and maintenance of the vehicle.
Report any mechanical issues or damages to the line manager immediately.
Maintain accurate vehicle logs including mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, and repair records.
Ensure all vehicle-related documents (license, insurance, registration) are valid and kept in the vehicle.
Maintain daily travel records and submit logs to the designated authority weekly or monthly.
Follow all organizational security procedures during field visits.
Be aware of emergency procedures and provide first aid when required.
Assist in loading and unloading goods, parcels, or equipment when required.
Deliver official documents and correspondence as per instructions.
Support administrative tasks when required at the office.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Valid driving license (category based on vehicle type).
Minimum of 3 years of driving experience, preferably with NGOs, private firms, or government agencies.
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Basic mechanical knowledge and emergency vehicle handling.
Must be punctual, disciplined, and professional.
May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Travel to remote or rural areas may be required based on operational needs.
