Job Description:
We are hiring Doctor Chasers to join our growing team for a U.S.-based Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaign. As a Doctor Chaser, your main responsibility will be to contact medical offices and follow up on documentation required for patient equipment orders.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Contact doctor offices in the U.S. to obtain prescriptions, medical necessity forms, and other documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending requests and maintain detailed call logs.
• Update CRM systems accurately with communication history and documentation status.
• Communicate professionally and persuasively to expedite paperwork.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, billing, QA) to ensure smooth documentation flow.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for call volume and conversion.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in DME or U.S (doctor chasing preferred).
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
