Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and dishwashing station.
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organizing tasks.
  • Ensure all equipment is handled safely and properly stored.
  • Dispose of trash and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
  • Support the team during busy hours with quick and efficient cleaning.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • No formal education required (Matric or below acceptable).
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Hardworking, punctual, and responsible in maintaining cleanliness.
  • Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
  • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety rules preferred.
  • Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel (preferred but not required).
