Job Summary

We are looking for a self-sufficient Digital Marketing & Reviews Assistant to manage social media, online reputation, and light website updates for ANA Connect Services LLC, a Tax Advisory and Accounting Firm. General direction will be provided, but you should already know how to execute independently with minimal supervision.

Role and Responsibilities

  • scheduling and posting content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram; managing our Google Business Profile; monitoring and responding to reviews; running review-generation campaigns to grow our ratings; creating simple Canva graphics from templates; making light WordPress/Elementor website edits and regular publications; and providing a monthly engagement and review-growth report.

This is a remote, part-time role: 4 days/week, 3 hours/day (12 hrs/week).

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), Canva, Meta Business Suite or Buffer (or similar scheduler), Google Business Profile management, review monitoring & review-generation strategy, basic WordPress/Elementary, strong written English.
