We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and paid advertising. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence, developing content strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth through various digital channels.

Note: A technical assessment/test will be conducted during the recruitment process to evaluate the candidate's practical skills and expertise.

Role and  Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage and run paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize results.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms, content calendar, and audience engagement.
  • Create and execute content strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and other marketing channels.
  • A basic understanding of photography, graphic design and video editing is a plus point.
  • Review creative assets and provide feedback to ensure brand consistency and marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the design team and support basic design-related tasks when required.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools for campaign management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing, website, and social media performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing and management.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
  • Understanding of content marketing and content strategy development.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of website Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
