Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage e-commerce performance marketing, including product ads, catalog campaigns, and conversion optimization.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion rate (CRO) best practices.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and automation.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure high-quality creatives and messaging.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and retail-focused digital initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in retail & e-commerce digital marketing across all major platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and performance marketing.
  • Must Have Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Daraz, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
