Paramount Books is hiring a Digital Marketer to drive and execute multi-channel digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on marketer who can plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across social media, SEO, email marketing, and Meta Ads, while coordinating with the team to deliver results under tight deadlines.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of digital marketing strategies across platforms.
Manage and optimize social media growth, engagement, and content direction.
Implement and improve SEO to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Execute email marketing campaigns and track performance.
Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
Monitor market trends, audience behavior, and campaign KPIs for optimization.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and collaboration
