Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date.
  • Improve site navigation, mobile responsiveness, and checkout processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute digital sales campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO, SEM, email, and social campaigns.
  • Provide insights and reporting to leadership to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain or warehouse teams.
  • Implement strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales funnels and customer journeys.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media integration.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with CMS, HTML/CSS (basic), and UX/UI best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
