The Deputy General Manager (DGM) is expected to lead the Senior Management Team. He/she shall be responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of Khurukuz Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. This role ensures the effective execution of strategic goals, implements robust internal control systems, and supervises the coordination of all the branches overseeing their operations and core functional departments. Role and Responsibilities:
Providing strategic leadership and overall management of the Society’s day-to-day operations in alignment with the Board's directives.
Establishing and maintaining strong internal checks and balances to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency.
Overseeing financial control functions including budgeting, reporting, audits, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Supervising accounts management processes, including member contributions, loans, and reconciliations.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of all branches to ensure standardization, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Implementing internal control systems and risk mitigation strategies across departments and branches.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors with timely and accurate updates on operational and financial matters.
Coordinating interdepartmental activities to streamline processes and ensure goal alignment.
Supporting the implementation of strategic plans and cooperative policies approved by the Board.
Fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
