Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, multi-talented Front Office Coordinator to be the face (and voice) of our practice. This isn't just a receptionist role; you will be the bridge between clinical excellence and patient engagement. You will manage the patient lifecycle—from the first phone call to post-appointment follow-ups—while driving our clinic’s digital presence through social media and content creation.

Role and  Responsibilities

  • Patient Concierge: Handle high-volume calls, schedule appointments, and master the art of the "follow-up" for no-shows and cancellations.

  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring history and preferences are updated for a personalized experience.

  • Digital Growth: Execute email marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and write engaging, SEO-friendly blogs for the clinic website.

  • Clinical Liaison: Work seamlessly with our diverse team, including General Dentists, Periodontists, Hygienists, and back-office staff.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Clinical Foundation: A Dental Diploma or Degree is required. You must speak the "language of dentistry" fluently.

  • Marketing Experience: At least 1 year of digital marketing experience, specifically with email platforms and social media management.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Dental CRM software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, or Curve) and marketing tools.

  • Communication Pro: Fluent in US English with exceptional writing skills. You should be equally charming over the phone, via text, and in professional emails.

  • Soft Skills: A "quick learner" mindset with the ability to pivot between administrative tasks and creative marketing.
