We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to pick up and deliver goods to customers safely and on time. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local routes, have good time-management skills, and provide polite customer service.
Role and Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver items (food, parcels, documents, or products) to customers as per assigned orders
Ensure safe handling of goods during transit
Verify delivery details such as addresses, names, and contact numbers
Collect payments (cash/online) when required and hand over receipts
Maintain delivery records and report completed deliveries
Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines
Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delays or issues
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle
Skills and Qualification:
Must have a valid driving license (two-wheeler or as required)
Should own a vehicle (preferred, if applicable)
Basic reading and writing skills
Good knowledge of local routes and areas
Ability to use a smartphone and GPS/navigation apps
Physically fit and able to handle deliveries
Punctual, honest, and reliable
Polite and customer-friendly behavior
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Previous delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory
