Maintain and organize records, invoices, and documents in digital format.
Verify data for errors, duplicates and inconsistencies.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly data reports.
Handle confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.
Assist with other admin or clerical tasks as needed.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Good Typing speed.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic knowledge of Excel formulas.
Good command of English for reading and entering data.
Reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines.
Job timings: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Location Preference : Garden East Karachi or Nearby candidates.
