Job Summary

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately into Excel, Google Sheets, or other company databases.
  • Maintain and organize records, invoices, and documents in digital format.
  • Verify data for errors, duplicates and inconsistencies.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly data reports.
  • Handle confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist with other admin or clerical tasks as needed.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
  • Good Typing speed.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Excel formulas.
  • Good command of English for reading and entering data.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines.

Job timings: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Location Preference : Garden East Karachi or Nearby candidates.
