Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our night-shift team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely and effective communication.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
• Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Handle complaints professionally and work to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.
• Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
• Meet customer service performance and response-time targets.
• Work effectively and independently during the night shift.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments when required.
