Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information to clients about our clinic's services and allergy testing process.
  • Manage appointments, registrations, follow-ups, and front desk operations.
  • Handle client concerns professionally and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage cash handling and administrative tasks at the front desk.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or client relations (healthcare, wellness, or hospitality experience preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
