Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
2+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or client relations (healthcare, wellness, or hospitality experience preferred).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
