We’re looking for a Customer Support & Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders and deliveries, and support daily e-commerce operations with accuracy and care.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
  • Manage order processing from website and marketplaces (Daraz, woocommerce, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and courier partners for smooth dispatch and delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate order and customer records.
  • Assist in product uploads, stock management, and other back-end e-commerce tasks.
  • Support management in day-to-day operations and reporting.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Intermediate/ Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or operations (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
