About the Role
Arrak Consulting is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Intern to support our e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience across all touchpoints while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product details, order placement, and payment-related queries
  • Handle shipping updates, delivery tracking, returns, and exchanges
  • Guide customers throughout the online purchasing journey
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Stay up to date on products, promotions, and company policies

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of customer service or e-commerce (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week in a fixed day or night shift

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to CRM or helpdesk tools
  • Basic understanding of shipping and order fulfillment processes
  • Interest in e-commerce and online retail operations
