Job Summary

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist all walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and redirect them appropriately.
  • Log and route client leads (walk-ins, calls) to the relevant department.
  • Maintain and update appointment schedules for education and migration teams.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy, branded, and client-ready throughout the day.
  • Respond to basic WhatsApp and email inquiries and escalate where required.
  • Record daily lead data in CRM or logbook accurately and promptly.
  • Make follow-up and feedback calls to clients regarding service quality or progress.
  • Assist management in preparing counsellor, customer service, and sales reports.
  • Support administrative tasks like printing, filing, courier handling, and mail distribution.
  • Make outbound calls as directed by the Branch Manager or Social Media Executive.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for front-end promotional support or queries.

Required Skills

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Intermediate.
  • Experience in data entry, client handling, or customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Creativity and willingness to contribute to marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
  • Strong data entry and documentation management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of migration processes (training provided).
  • Creativity for content development and promotional initiatives.
