Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers.
Provide information about products or services.
Resolve complaints or issues quickly and professionally.
Record customer interactions and log service requests.
Process orders, forms, applications, and payments.
Prepare daily/weekly call or support summaries.
Gather customer feedback to support service improvements.

Minimum qualification: Intermediate

Experience: minimum 01-02 years.
