Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Full time : 8pm to 4am
Part time : 8pm to 1:30am

Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing:7pm -11 pm
Shift Timing:  full time 8:00 pm to 4:00 am
Part time 8:00pm to 1:30am
Working Days: 5 days a week
 (Saturday/Sunday off)
