Job Summary

​Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding freight shipments.
  • Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments to manage logistics.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Track and monitor shipments; provide timely updates to clients.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve shipment issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through responsive and proactive service.
  • Support the sales and operations teams with customer insights and feedback.
