Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding freight shipments.
Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments to manage logistics.
Prepare and review shipping documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Track and monitor shipments; provide timely updates to clients.
Handle customer complaints and resolve shipment issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through responsive and proactive service.
Support the sales and operations teams with customer insights and feedback.
