Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Manage customer account information, including updates and changes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
