Role and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints
  • Support team members during busy hours
  • Refill supplies and ensure proper stock arrangement
