Job Summary

Shahenshah Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. (SIB) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control Officer to join our Finance team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor outstanding brokerage and company receivables.
• Follow up with clients and insurance companies for premium collection and timely settlements.
• Prepare and maintain receivables and premium ageing reports.
• Record and update collections in the accounting system.
• Assist in account reconciliations and recovery reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to resolve outstanding matters.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in recovery, receivables, or collections preferred.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Insurance industry experience will be an advantage.
