Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Creative Manager to lead our brand visuals, content direction, campaigns, and overall creative strategy. This role sits at the center of brand communication and collaborates closely with marketing, sales, influencers, and product teams to create world-class content that reflects Aroma 24/7’s modern luxury identity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the brand’s creative strategy, campaign ideation, and long-term visual direction.
- Conceptualize and execute product shoots, model shoots, lifestyle videos, and store launch content.
- Develop creative concepts for reels, advertisements, TVCs, OOH, packaging, retail displays, and digital campaigns.
- Manage, guide, and mentor the creative team—including designers, photographers, videographers, editors, and content creators.
- Build structured creative workflows to ensure efficient production and strong quality control.
- Create mood boards, storyboards, brand guidelines, and campaign concepts aligned with luxury positioning.
- Oversee influencer and celebrity collaborations, ensuring all produced content matches the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Maintain a consistent luxury identity across social media, website, packaging, in-store branding, and all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop data-backed creatives that boost engagement and conversions.
- Experiment with new content formats such as cinematic reels, ASMR-style videos, behind-the-scenes content, and themed campaigns.
- Manage creative budgets, vendors, production timelines, and resource planning.
- Ensure every visual output meets premium brand standards and reflects polished craftsmanship.
- Conduct quarterly creative reviews and innovation sessions to keep the brand evolving with trends.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- 3–5+ years of experience in creative direction, brand management, or visual leadership (agency or brand side).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury, lifestyle, or premium brand aesthetics.
- Expertise in brand storytelling, art direction, campaign development, and creative strategy.
- • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, visual trends, and consumer engagement patterns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and digital ads.
- Proven ability to manage a creative team, provide clear feedback, and maintain high-quality output.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills—especially when pitching creative concepts.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with product packaging design, retail display aesthetics, and brand experience design (preferred).
- Experience in motion graphics or high-end campaign production is a plus.
