Participate in brainstorming creative ideas for marketing & communication across all social media channels.
Implement and manage social media strategies and campaigns.
Create and manage all published content (graphics & written), and ensure it aligns with the company’s brand and voice.
Create creative designs and artwork using Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and other AI tools for Social Media posts and other collaterals.
Schedule and post social media content across the Company's social media channels.
Collaborate with animator/video editor to create video/animated content.
Interact with the audience on Social Media, and respond to inquiries or complaints.
Monitor users' engagement and other metrics as guided periodically
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Required Skills
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
Bachelors in Media Sciences, Marketing, or relevant field; or an experience of at least 2 years in the field.
Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Excellent Content Writing Skills.
Excellent understanding of various social media platforms, their specifications, and audience demographics.
Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics to optimize content and monitor traffic and user engagement.
Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. for scheduling and tracking the performance of posts.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Ability to brainstorm ideas and help create social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, enhance audience engagement, or drive website traffic.
Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics to develop visually compelling content.
Excellent multitasking skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
