Job Summary

A Creation Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with companies, schools, NGOs, hotels, and other organizations to create employment opportunities and business partnerships. The officer identifies staffing needs, promotes recruitment services, and coordinates employee placements.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and register new companies, schools, NGOs, hotels, and institutions as clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and organizational representatives.
  • Promote the organization's recruitment and HR services.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
  • Collect and update information regarding staffing and recruitment requirements.
  • Coordinate employee placement processes with client organizations.
  • Maintain records of client registrations, agreements, and placements.
  • Follow up with clients regarding employee performance and satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on client acquisition, placements, and business development activities.
  • Achieve monthly targets for client registration and employee placement.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and HR practices is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
  • Ability to work independently and in the field.
  • Previous experience in business development, marketing, or recruitment is an advantage.
