Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Take customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Enter all orders into the POS software correctly
  • Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Manage staff coordination during shifts
  • Keep the counter area clean, organized, and fast-paced ready
  • Assist in basic operational duties when required

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Both in person and online orders to take
  • Take care of the DINING area and take orders
  • Must be punctual, well-mannered, and smart with good communication skills
  • Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems preferred
  • Team player with leadership
  • Rush hour manage
  • Good Management
