Manage and maintain BSS platforms including billing, customer relationship management (CRM), and customer management systems (Customer Field Operations sites & Coordination)
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless system operations
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions
Support system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Handle vendor & supplier coordination and support activities
Prepare reports related to billing, revenue assurance, and customer data
Provide user training and technical support where required
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Telecom / Electrical or relevant field)
Experience:
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in BSS/MW Wireless operations in telecom industry.
Strong understanding of BSS architecture (Billing, CRM, Mediation systems)
Experience with telecom systems and operations
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of databases (SQL) and reporting tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
