Job Summary

Location: Islamabad Department: BSS Employment Type: Full-Time

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain BSS platforms including billing, customer relationship management (CRM), and customer management systems (Customer Field Operations sites & Coordination)
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless system operations
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions
  • Support system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Handle vendor & supplier coordination and support activities
  • Prepare reports related to billing, revenue assurance, and customer data
  • Provide user training and technical support where required

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Telecom / Electrical or relevant field)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in BSS/MW Wireless operations in telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of BSS architecture (Billing, CRM, Mediation systems)
  • Experience with telecom systems and operations
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL) and reporting tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
