Role and Responsibilities:
Assist cooks in preparing ingredients such as washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring food items.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure proper storage of food items according to safety standards.
Help with basic food preparation tasks as instructed by the cook or chef.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain sanitation standards.
Support kitchen staff during busy hours and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
