Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Assist in stocking and rotating ingredients
Operate kitchen equipment under supervision
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
Support in maintaining inventory levels
Perform other duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen manager
Required Skills

Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques
Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and take direction from the head chef or kitchen supervisor
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
