Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
  • Create high-quality, original content including:
  • Blog posts
  • Social media updates
  • Website copy
  • Email campaigns
  • Case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for all content to improve organic reach.
  • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and other departments to create multimedia content (e.g., infographics, videos).
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing and messaging.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
  • Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and style across all content channels.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, audience behavior, and content marketing best practices.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Yoast).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset and experience with content performance tracking.
  • Understanding of buyer personas and customer journey mapping.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
