Job Summary:

The Content & Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email marketing. This role requires a creative individual who can effectively communicate our brand story and engage our target audience via text-based and visual storytelling, keeping a consistent and strong hold on the strategic needs of marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and integrated content strategy aligned with our business, marketing, and sales goals.
  • Create & execute blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and content for other marketing channels and platforms, to promote our products and brand.
  • Design stunning visual content using Canva and other design tools (proficiency in Adobe Suite is a major plus).
  • Develop and execute ads on Meta, TikTok, and Google with a strong understanding of audiences and SEO.
  • Analyze content performance as well as ad performance and adapt strategies as needed (Google, Meta, TikTok).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct regular research to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.

Required Skills

Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
  • 3 years of content creation and marketing experience in the DTC industries.
  • Experience with US markets is a major plus.
  • Proficiency in Canva is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite is a major plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices & tools, and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Portfolio and proven track record of successfully executed digital marketing campaigns is required.
  • Open to work in morning/night shifts as per the company’s needs.
  • Open to travel whenever required by the company.
