Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Matriculation
  • At least one year of experience
  • Monitor and respond promptly to incoming emails, maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and internal staff. 
  • Create accurate customer invoices using company billing software and manage invoice records systematically.
  • Maintain customer ledgers, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and up to date.
  • Track and manage stock levels using Microsoft Excel to support inventory control and reporting. 
  • Keep detailed banking ledgers, documenting cash inflows and outflows with precision in Excel. 
  • Supervise office operations collaboratively with the store supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of seven, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure priority deadlines are met and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company data, records, and customer information at all times. 
  • Prepare regular reports on billing, stock, banking status for management review.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company work schedules and maintain punctuality according to designated working hours.
