Monitor and respond promptly to incoming emails, maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and internal staff.
Create accurate customer invoices using company billing software and manage invoice records systematically.
Maintain customer ledgers, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and up to date.
Track and manage stock levels using Microsoft Excel to support inventory control and reporting.
Keep detailed banking ledgers, documenting cash inflows and outflows with precision in Excel.
Supervise office operations collaboratively with the store supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Lead and manage a team of seven, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure priority deadlines are met and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data, records, and customer information at all times.
Prepare regular reports on billing, stock, banking status for management review.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions.
Ensure compliance with company work schedules and maintain punctuality according to designated working hours.
