Job Summary

The Mind Explorer is looking for an enthusiastic Communications Associate with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing communication and coordination effectively with parents, students, and internal teams.

Location: B-100 Khulfa-e-Rashideen Road, Block 13D-1, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Role and Responsibilities:

• Communication & Coordination
• Act as a point of contact for parents and students, responding to queries and sharing relevant information
• Maintain clear and timely communication regarding schedules, updates, and program details
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students
• Share regular updates, reminders, and announcements
• Support batch coordination and ensure students are informed of any changes
• Help track attendance and follow up on absences when needed
• Maintain accurate records of student information and communication logs
• Assist with admissions-related communication and follow-ups
• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Female candidate (as per role requirement) with a Diploma or Graduate qualification
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle registrations, customer calls, and queries
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in maintaining fee records, admission records, and student data
• Capable of communicating effectively with parents and managing their concerns
• Ability to follow up and track potential customers
• Ability to handle multiple coordination and administrative tasks efficiently
• Fluent in English
