We are a fast-growing recruitment agency looking for a driven, high-energy Cold Calling Appointment Setter to fuel our sales pipeline. In this role, you will be targeting US-based companies (HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and C-Level Executives) to introduce our recruitment and staffing solutions.

Role and Responsibilities
Outbound Cold Calling: Conduct 80–120+ cold calls per day to US-based businesses, decision-makers, and hiring managers.
Appointment Setting: Deliver a compelling elevator pitch, handle objections like a pro, and successfully schedule qualified discovery calls/meetings for our Account Executives.
Lead Generation & Research: Utilize provided lists and LinkedIn/Apollo to identify high-intent prospects and verify contact information.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate notes, call dispositions, and follow-up reminders.
Skills and Qualification:
1–2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling, telemarking, or outbound appointment setting (experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is a massive plus).
Excellent English Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English with a neutral or clear American/Western accent to effectively communicate with US executives.
Active Listening: Ability to read between the lines, uncover prospect pain points, and pivot conversations naturally (no robotic script-reading).
