Experience: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound inside sales (experience selling B2B marketing services is a strong plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening skills, and a professional telephonic etiquette.
Resilience: A thick skin with the ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high energy throughout the day.
