Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Maintain a high volume of activity, making 60–80 outbound calls per day to targeted business prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Pitch marketing services confidently, handle objections effectively, and identify decision-makers.
  • Targets & Reporting: Meet weekly meeting-set and lead-generation targets while maintaining accurate daily call logs and CRM reporting.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound inside sales (experience selling B2B marketing services is a strong plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening skills, and a professional telephonic etiquette.
  • Resilience: A thick skin with the ability to handle rejection positively and maintain high energy throughout the day.
